Your first step! Stage 1 includes your base adjustable dumbbell and a weight range of 5 to 50 pounds per hand. Sold in pairs.
Stage 3 Expansion Kit, 70-90 lbs.
Sold in pairs, this expansion kit contains two 10-pound additional weights per dumbbell to take your Elite EXP up to 70 pounds. This is the first expansion kit you can purchase to start leveling up your core Elite EXP dumbbell set. Add more weight with Stage 3.
